Contact us#

Email support@gpuninja.com for anything: questions, problems with your account, the digest, the MCP server or the desktop app, and anything this page doesn't cover.

To help us answer quickly, include:

  • what you were trying to do, and what happened instead;
  • the page URL, API URL or MCP tool involved;
  • the time it happened, in UTC if you can;
  • your browser, MCP client or desktop app version, where relevant.

Never send us a sign-in link, an access token or any other secret. We will never ask for one.

Reporting bugs#

Bugs go to public GitHub issues. The main GPU Ninja repository is private, so where you report one depends on what you were using:

  • MCP server and ChatGPT connector: the server's code is open source, so report bugs in the gpuninja-mcp issue tracker. Include the tool name, the arguments you used and the response you got. See Open source.
  • Desktop app: use Report a problem in the app. It opens a new GitHub issue in your browser, filled in with your app version, operating system and, if you choose, the last error. It never includes your hardware, setup or watchlist. If the app doesn't recognise your GPU, use Report this GPU instead: it opens an issue the same way, filled in with the GPU's PCI vendor and device IDs, so we can add it. Either way, nothing is sent until you submit the form yourself, and you can edit it first. See Desktop app.
  • Everything else, such as the website or the API: email support@gpuninja.com.

Reporting a data error#

If a spec, price, stock status or benchmark on GPU Ninja looks wrong, email support@gpuninja.com with:

  • the page or API URL of the board, chip, chassis or model;
  • the field that is wrong, and the value you believe is right;
  • a link to a source that shows the right value, such as the manufacturer's spec page.

On a detail page, open Source beside a value to see where it came from and when it was retrieved and last verified. That can help you tell whether it is simply out of date. A maintainer reviews every fix before it goes live, the same way as every other change. If a daily digest reported the wrong value, the fix also appears under Corrections in a later digest. See The data and Data provenance.

If you run a website and want GPU Ninja's research bot to stop visiting it, see Data provenance.

Reporting a security problem#

If you find a security problem, email support@gpuninja.com rather than opening a public GitHub issue, so it can be fixed before it is widely known.

Your data and privacy#

  • To download or delete your account data, sign in at https://app.gpuninja.com/account. See Your account.
  • If you can no longer receive email at your account's address, email support@gpuninja.com. We verify requests like this another way, as set out in the privacy policy.

Accessibility#

If something on GPU Ninja is hard to use with your browser settings, keyboard or assistive technology, see Accessibility for how to tell us.

Common problems#

Signing in#

ProblemWhat to do
The sign-in email didn't arriveCheck your spam folder. Each address gets at most 5 links an hour and 10 a day; after that, wait and try again.
The link says it has expired or was already usedLinks last 15 minutes and work once. Request a new one.
You opened the link on your phone and your computer isn't signed inOpen the link again and choose Approve sign-in on that device, or open it on your computer.
"We couldn't send the email"Try again in a few minutes.

See Your account for how sign-in works.

The daily digest#

ProblemWhat to do
No digest todayCheck https://gpuninja.com/digest. No page for today means nothing changed, so nothing was sent. If there is a page, email us.
You unsubscribed but still got oneIf you unsubscribed just as that day's 14:00 UTC digest was going out, it may already have been on its way. Check your status with the Manage subscription link.
The web page lists changes the email didn'tOn a busy day the email lists the biggest changes and links to the web page for the rest. Otherwise, those changes went live after the email was sent, and they arrive in the next email.

See Daily digest.

Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP clients#

ProblemWhat to do
Your client says it couldn't connect or sign inCheck the server URL is exactly https://mcp.gpuninja.com/mcp (or https://connector.gpuninja.com/mcp for the ChatGPT connector), with no trailing slash, then remove GPU Ninja and add it again.
Claude disconnected after a whileReconnect and sign in again. If it keeps happening, email us.
A message saying GPU Ninja is busyOn the MCP server, you have reached your account's limit: 60 tool calls or 300 requests a minute, or 5,000 tool calls a day. On the ChatGPT connector, the limit is shared by everyone. Wait for the time the message gives.

See MCP server, Claude and ChatGPT.

The API#

The API's behaviour, including caching, redirects and errors, is described in Caching and errors.
